Non-Alcoholic Drinks That Go Well With Meat & Seafood

 
 
Mocktails are fun cocktails that do not require the use of any alcohol. With so many yummy mocktails available today, who says you need alcohol to have a good time?
We have put together a list of our favorite mocktails that is enjoyable to make and even more enjoyable to drink. Have fun experimenting with the various mocktails and remember to tell us your favorite drink.
The Shirley Temple
The Shirley Temple is a classic mocktail made out of Ginger Ale/ Lemonade and a dash of Grenadine.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of chilled Ginger Ale/ Lemonade
1 tablespoon of Grenadine syrup
Ice
Recipe:
Stir ingredients well and pour in the ice.
Garnish:
A Maraschinos cherry
Best served in:
A frosted highball glass.
The Margarita
The margarita is a frozen treat that is sure to awaken your senses and make a lasting impression on your taste buds.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Bitter lemonade
A splash of Lime juice
A splash of Lemon/ Orange juice
Ice
Recipe:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the texture is smooth.
Garnish:
Rim a glass with salt and place a single lime slice on the rim.
Best served in:
A Margarita glass
Mai Tai
For those seeking something more exotic and tangy, try the Mai Tai and be prepared to tingle your senses with this slightly sour citrus drink.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of Pineapple juice
1/2 a cup of Cranberry juice
1 Tablespoon of Lime juice
Crushed ice
Recipe:
Place the crushed ice at the bottom of glass and pour ingredients. Stir well and serve.
Garnish:
Place a thin slice of pineapple on the top of the glass and let it float before topping it off with an umbrella.
Best served In:
A cocktail glass
The Pina Colada
The Pina Colada is the perfect drink for any barbeque or poolside party. One sip of this lovely concoction will send your mind wandering off to the sunny beaches of Hawaii.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of Pineapple juice
1/4 cup of Coconut cream
Ice
Recipe:
Crush ice in blender and add pineapple juice and coconut cream. Blend until all ingredients are nicely mixed.
Garnish:
Throw in a maraschino cherry and add a wedge of pineapple before topping it off with an umbrella.
Best served in:
A Collins glass or margarita glass
The Cosmo
The Cosmo is the perfect drink for any urban dweller wanting to celebrate success. Grab a glass to rejuvenate your senses and set the mood for a fun-filled time.
Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of Lemonade
1 Tablespoon of Raspberry/ Strawberry syrup
A splash of fresh lime juice
Recipe:
Pour the lemonade in the glass, mix in the raspberry/ strawberry syrup and add a splash of lime.
Garnish:
Wet the rim with a lime wedge and coat with pink sugar.
Best served in:
A cocktail glass
